Description
Bas is the musical instrument of Jyapu farmers belonging to Kathmandu valley. A special sort
of pinewood is used to construct this. It’s played in Kertik
where people use to sing and dance in group near Narayan
temple’s surroundings. While singing, Bus describes the 10
incarnation of god Bishnu. This is a rhythmic instrument.
